One of pads on drum kit became loose and then fell off and would expect a drum pad to be capable of withstanding more abuse than this.

Loose Pad problem, 8 Sep 2011

Fantastic bit of kit, I have the yamaha version too costing twice as much...Dont bother! Just go and get one of these...And as for the loose pad problem, take the screws out (undo the ribbon cable and pull the little tabs under the pads back in....If you hammer the pads too hard then they will work loose but I doubt you can break them all together.....And for a laugh, audition for a well known band like I did and just take this....I got the job but then turned it down when they told me where they'd be gigging have fun

Bought it as a birthday present for my 14 year old daughter. She is enchanted by it and so is her Dad.... she is practicing her drumming skills without upseting the whole neighbourhood as regular drums often do.
Brilliant alternative. Has many inbuilt features i.e. metronome etc.

I bought this product to replace a mini marshall practice amp that I managed to fry... I really like the quality of the build and the quality of the sound. The over-drive is nice and crunchy, you can get a good volume out of it and if I had the chance to try this product before I bought my first mini amp - I would have chosen this one over the marshall any day of the week.

Great little amp. Little weak on the lower tones, although that could be my guitar.

The best thing though, is that the controls go all the way to 12. That's one louder than 11 :)

I bought this guitar as disposable instrument for festivals,hauling around on the bike and other situations where I was unwilling to risk taking my main guitars (I normally play a Fylde Oberon or an Austin Bankhead...both of which are high end and way to expensive to put at risk).Anyway...What a revelation.For a fingerpicker this guitar is an absolute joy...the action is good, the intonation is good, the string spacing is good and the sound... I love it. Obviously there's not a lot of bottom end to it but, for the style I play in (folky cum Bluegrassy complex fingerpicking with a bit of banjo technique), it sounds great...no idea how it would work with a plectrum tho...I never use one.I've gigged with it a few times now, using an AKG micromic bug straight into the desk, and it works a treat...sounds great and turns heads...what more could you ask for just over the ton...Brilliant.I tried all sorts before I went for this...Martin Backpacker,Baby Taylor,assorted parlour guitars and this was streets ahead of any thing else, especially for the price.If you're looking for a travel guitar I can't recommend this one too highly.You can even play it sitting in an armchair.Try one today.

I bought the first guitar for my 2 1/2 year old grandson after The Latitude Festival - he became obsessed with the guitar players and his doting Granny rashly promised him a red guitar - I was actually uncertain if such a thing existed for such a small person. I considered a toy one but decided on a proper small guitar as there was little difference in the price.I was delighted with the service - it arrived within 2 days, and also with the product itself. Ok,so the sound isn't amazing but it is a perfect guitar for a small enthusiastic person who just wants to strum along with the music.
Mine arrived with a tiny scratch and the company offered a replacement immediately or a discount - I spoke to someone very pleasant and helpful.I also thought it was very good value for money as not only is the guitar itself very good but it also comes with a shoulder strap and carrying case.
I am about to order another one for another grandchild - an excellent product for someone tiny who is just showing an interest in music and the guitar.
